By using ‘Sage’s University’ to educate clients through the home buying and selling processes first and then demonstrating problem solving and perseverance throughout the challenging situations that occur, clients depend on Sage's guidance through their significant changes and new beginnings. Moen who explains the newest platforms of Moxie Present, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge and RealVitalize for sellers for preparing their homes for the market. Sage explores learning new technology and then incorporating it into real estate, which is her lifestyle and not a job, very much like an athlete, farmer, artist or doctor. Its exciting to see the real estate industry responding to new needs of work and school at home, by changing open concept floorplans into more designated areas.
